Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw:
Junior Data Analyst in Remuneration Data Solutions Team(full time employment contract - umowa o pracę na pełen etat)

Cooperate with analysts in Warsaw as well as other Mercer offices around the world
Collect, process and analyze compensation policy data
Prepare compensation and policy reports for our clients
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach to work
You should feel comfortable working in English and Polish
High attention to details
Proficiency in MS Office (especially with MS Excel and MS Word - if you decide to apply, you should feel comfortable working with pivot tables, vlookups, and know how to use some most popular Excel formulas)
You should be available for a full time position (Monday-Friday, flexible 8-10 a.m. - 4-6 p.m.)
Experience with working with large databases or/and reporting
Knowledge of any additional language, especially Spanish
